We are a privately owned medical facility situated in the heart of Rialto on historic Route 66, conveniently located between the I-10 and I-210 freeways. 

We are pleased to announce that we are a green medical office that operates on an Electronic Medical Record system. Please have your pharmacy send e-Rx's (electronic prescription requests) to have your prescriptions refilled faster and during closed hours.

In addition, you can receive appointment reminders 24 hrs before your scheduled appointment, simply give your cell phone number and carrier to our scheduling representatives.
